The Nantucket Bike Baskets Company sells wholesale to the trade only- we apologize for any inconvenience.  If you would like to purchase an individual bike basket, please use our Find A Retailer search tool.

Order Processing:

Product Availability:

Most products on our site are in stock and available now.  Occasionally we will run out of a given item, in which case we will contact you either by email or by phone.  If the product is only temporarily out-of-stock, we will give you the option of putting the item on back-order and will ship it out to you as soon as it arrives back in stock.

Return/Exchange Policy:

All items returned within 15 days will be accepted with a 25% restocking fee.

Payment Terms:

We sell credit card only at this time, and we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We have a $150 minimum opening order, with a $150 minimum for all re-orders.

Shipping Policy:

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Connecticut, and all of our wholesale orders ship with free freight. Delivery generally takes 1-5 business days. Warranty Information:

All of our baskets have a 6-month warranty* from the date of purchase. For any questions regarding your warranty, please send us an email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. *Warranty does not cover damage from pet biting or chewing, or damage due to exposure to the elements.
